America gets desperate to contain Iran

Published by deepweb at 11:10 am under America, News, World Edit This

The US leaders seem to have become desperate to contain the Iranian ambitions. The US President gave his first ever interview after being sworn as the President to an Islamic news channel. Then he gave hints of writing a letter to the Iranian President disguised as an open letter to the Iranian people.

Again the vice president Joe Biden has given statements directly hinting that America is eager to talk to Iran. “We will be willing to talk to Iran” he said in a recent public address about how America is going to deal with matter around the world. This is a far too flexible an approach towards Iran from the times of President Bush. The Bush administration only talk about sanctions and investigations into Iran’s nuclear weapons ambitions. But the Obama administration has hinted from the very start that they are willing to take a leap in matters concerning Iran.

This is way too fast an approach when we compare the US Iran relations in the recent times. They have not been on talking terms for very long time now. The only conversation that ever took place between the two countries was through news channels and other media. But now America seems to have realised that they can’t sideline Iran in the world politics.

Now after the Iranian launch of their self made satellite has shown their possession of technology that can lead to long range ballistic missiles development. American leaders have become more serious after this development. They now know they can get into serious problem if Iran continues in this pace and one day gets access to nuclear weapons technology. So, the desperation is obvious from their statements now and then around the world. It now remains to see what approach Iran takes to all these invitations to talk by American leaders.
